TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY, CHRISTMAS ORDERS MUST BE IN BY THANKSGIVING
Our candies are made fresh daily. When an order is placed, we try our best to fill that order per the customers request. During busy times, demand can outweigh the supply. If by chance, your order is delayed, please be patient. We refuse to ignore quality and freshness for speed.
Return Policy
At Lowerys's Candies, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If you experience any shipment loss, damage or shortages we ask that you report them to us within 24 hours of receipt. Please e-mail us, using the contact page of our web site, with the following information: Your name, address, mailing address, phone number and a description of the product damage or shortage info@LowerysCandies.com.
Storage & Care
*Quality chocolates are fragile.
*Ideally, store in a cool dry place with a temperature range of 68°-72°.
*Our chocolate melts easily when placed in the sun, on top of TV's and in other warm places.
*Our candy freezes nicely. Wrap the box well before putting it in the freezer; then after removal, let it defrost at room temperature for 6 to 8 hours before serving.
*Because we do not mail during the summer, many of our customers order extra candy at Mother's Day for freezing so they can enjoy our chocolates all year long.
